| Answer: | A number of organizations are soliciting funds for various projects using Leiby's name. However, the Leiby Kletzky Memorial Fund is the only effort specifically established and authorized by the Kletzky family. |

| Answer: | There are several ways to help. You can send Invitations to support the Leiby Kletzky Memorial Fund through Twitter, Facebook, Linked In, and other social media. You could also become a Champion. Champions can set an amount of money as their goal and call upon their friends help achieve it. | Answer: | The funds are distributed on a priority basis.The highest priority are given to cases of children in immediate and acute risk, physically or emotionally. These include situations where children must be immediately removed from their present environment to a safe and secure alternative home to prevent any occurance of physical or emotional danger. Also of the highest priority are children who in dire need of psychological or psychiatric services, due to illness, trauma, bereavement, and other unfortunate situations. |
| Question: | How many requests has the Fund received so far? |
| Answer: | As of June 1, 2012 there have been 5,289 requests to the Fund for assistance. These have come by phone, fax, letter, and email from countries all over the world. They have been from Jewish as well as non-Jewish individuals and families. Many of these requests have fit the specific criteria and priority level which the Fund has set. A vast many of these requests, although possibly important causes, have not met the specific criteria and urgency level which the Fund has established. We apologize profusely to them for the inability to be of assistance at the present time. |

| Answer: | The Board of Directors of the Fund have ruled that only individual persons or families can receive assistance from the Leiby Kletzky Memorial Fund. Other organizations, schools, or charities, who appeal to the public themselves for support, will not be receipients of the Leiby Kletzky Memorial Fund. |
