Our MAOF Program for gifted students provides individualized, long term and comprehensive support to 17 exceptionally talented Ethiopian youngsters aspiring to groundbreaking careers in Israeli society, thus allowing them to fulfill their full academic potential and dreams. Our tailor made assistance programs include:

-Academic scholarships
-Tutoring sessions in selected subjects
-After school enrichment programs, courses and activities
-Material assistance for purchasing professional / educational supplies
-Educational/professional guidance and counseling services
-Personal coaching / mentoring sessions designed to maximize personal advancement
-Workshops and educational field trips in a group framework
-Any additional support that promotes excellence

We are a 501(c)3 non-profit charitable organization that promotes excellence amongst Ethiopian Jewry in Israel based on our belief that the advancement of outstanding achievers is the most efficient manner to promote true, long lasting social change.
