On any given day, more than 400,000 children are in foster care in the United States. As the holidays approach, these children will not be celebrating with permanent loving families. Many will be bounced between unstable foster homes or warehoused in shelters of institutions, never knowing when their lives will be uprooted again. Too many will suffer severe neglect and even physical and sexual abuse.
Children's Rights is a national advocacy group working to reform failing child welfare systems on behalf of the hundreds of thousands of abused and neglected children who depend on them for protection and care. Through tough legal action complemented by substantive policy expertise, we have won landmark victories and brought about sweeping improvements in the lives of abused and neglected children in more than a dozen states across the nation.
Please make a donation today and spread the word so we can continue to fight for the children who need our help.
