Help Cole

Bones crushed and infection raging violently through his little, broken body, Cole dragged his mangled leg and the trap it was caught in out of the forest and into the community crying for help.

Cole has been on his own for a bit, but knew he needed help after his front left leg was caught in a leg-hold trap. By the time he found someone, infection had set in and had weakened him significantly.

Rushed into emergency care, he was promptly given pain medicine to ease his suffering until surgery could be performed. Once it was determined that the leg could not be saved, it was immediately amputated.

Freed from the trap and pain, Cole now needs you to heal and have a chance at finding happiness. You can help cover his emergency surgery. You can change his life for the better.

ID#: 430215

*Goal includes: surgery, medication, annual vaccinations, regular health check, and daily care for Cole until he’s ready for adoption. If his medical costs and cost of care is less than is raised in his name, additional funds will provide care for other animals.
