- Leiby can never play with his five sisters again.
- Leiby can never kiss his mother and father goodnight anymore.
- Leiby can never flash his sweet smile to anyone anymore.
- Leiby can never bring home another report card.
- Leiby can never become Bar-Mitzvah.
- Leiby can never pray anymore.
- Leiby can never again help an old man cross the street.
- Leiby can never receive a graduation diploma.
- Leiby can never turn into a mature young man and marry.
- Leiby can never have and hold any children.
- Leiby can never have a home to invite guests over to for a meal.
- Leiby can never offer money to a needy person anymore.
Leiby will never be able to do all the acts of charity and kindness he would have done had he been granted more years to live.
But Leiby’s memory can and will live on through the Leiby Kletzky Memorial Fund established by his grieving parents and sisters.
