Let the Animals Live is a non profit Israeli organization founded in 1986 in order to provide help to distressed animals, rehabilitate them and find them adoptive homes. Throughout the years the Association has brought the importance of animal protection and the prevention of animal cruelty to the forefront. We have raised public awareness by expanding the Animal Welfare Act and enforcing it.

 Today Let the Animals Live is the leading animal welfare/rights organization in Israel and is involved in every area concerning animals in distress. Yet it is an unfortunate situation that in Israel today, animal protection is underdeveloped and animal cruelty in many areas of the country is rampant.

Our mission is to help nurture a country where every animal is wanted, loved and lives with full respect to its natural needs. Yet, in order to do so we really need to make a difference – but we cannot without the generous support from animal lovers who live in more advanced countries.
