It's not about how much you give, it's about how much you care! |
|
|
| |

Being fully aware of these challenging economic times, we want to make sure that you know that for this campaign to be truly successful, it is not about how much you give, but rather, about how much you care.
We hope that you will consider donating to Elem by buying one or more light bulbs, but even more important, can we count on your support?
We made it easy (and fun) for you - to make an impact all you need to do this year is either invite your friends, family and colleagues or share this project by posting it on one of many social networks.
Thank you!

A Message from Nava Barak, Elem's President |
|
|
| |

As Elem's president, I am proud to stand, for the sixth year in a row, at the head of Elem "Lights of Hope" flag campaign, a project for youth in distress and at risk in Israel. For the first time ever, we are asking our American friends of Elem to participate in the month-long campaign that coincides with Israel's 61st Independence Day.
Elem's employees and volunteers meet youth in crisis and distress on a daily basis wherever they are, on the streets, in the community and in the various centers and offer them the opportunity to return to a more normative life style.
We invite you to join us in our national effort and help us invest in the youth of Israel on a daily basis and together we can make a real difference in their lives, helping them to become more productive citizens in the future.
From now until May 10, I call on each and every one of you to participate in our first international Lights of Hope effort by lighting a bulb. Every little bit counts, so thank you for your generosity. Together we will light the way for thousands of children and teenagers.
