I had planned to blog and keep all my wonderful supporters updated on my progress and here it is already 1 month to go and I haven't managed to do it... but I have been training (with Ross at Extreme Fitness) and getting stronger and made an incredible journey to Alaska to break in my boots and test my gear... Now I am planning long walks in the city with my pal Marlene... and on the island... soon... before I head up to visit my Nati at camp and then head out to the lodge to stow my stuff and join our fabulous SACH surgical team in Mwanza...
