To my friends those of you who have known me forever have lived with me through Tick-Borne Diseases (though we didn't know until 8 yrs ago) and those of you who are just getting to know me, may not even know I have Tick-Borne Diseaes - but for your kids, your grandchildren and for you this has to stop. We need a cure NOW!!! and forever. It is time to tak your blinders off because this disease kills.

As an update I am back on one crutch as my good knee now is not working - you never get a day off. Donate if you can, research and protect your family if you can not. If you all gave just $1.00 we could raise a great deal of money.

TBDA's #TickNTweet Virtual Walk goal is to raise more than $30,000 from now until October 28th (on Facebook & Twitter) to help us build awareness, promote advocacy and support initiatives to find a cure for Lyme and other Tick-Borne diseases.
People from all over the world joined together last year on our Virtual Walk. We want to beat last year's goal and need your help. $1, $25, $50, $100 -- it all helps.
For donations of $35 or more we'll send you a special edition #TickNTweet Virtual Walk t-shirt!* And, for donations of $50 or more, we'll send you a t-shirt AND an Insect Shield repellent-treated bandana and prevention brochure.

I've had Lyme for over 20 years. Gave it to Hubby before I was diagnosed and then to our daughter who now has special needs because of her Lyme. It's unending. If money might help, here it is.
In honor of my son, Ryan, & all those who do battle everyday with this horrid disease !
