Buffy R.

Dear Friends!

As my first year as Board Chair of the International League of Conservation Photographers (iLCP) winds down, I am deeply honored to represent such dedicated and selfless people.

While 2016 may not go down as the best year in the history of the USA, there have actually been some Wins for the environment, including the creation of the largest marine protected area in the world in Hawaii and closer to home for most of us . . . steps have been taken to further the cause of protection of the Rusty-Patch Bumble Bee under the endangered species act.

The International League of Conservation Photographers (iLCP) works with local, national and international organizations to capture images and create visual media that reveals the threats faced by communities and species who are dealing with critical conservation issues as well as often unexpected opportunities to redesign those threats for the benefit of all!

In short, we make the images that save our world.

Given the current climate inside the USA and across the world, I know that we are all giving whatever we can.

While there are many good causes out there worth supporting, as Board Chair, I assure you that it is my firm belief that the International League of Conservation Photographers is a solid investment for your donation dollars.

All gifts are gratefully accepted and deeply appreciated. Our tiny budget gets giant things done here!

If you can't support us now, please keep our photographers in your hearts and consider joining us at WildSpeak in DC next November. www.wildspeak.org

As I said in my closing remarks at WildSpeak 2016 . . . May peace and safety, sanity and planetary health prevail in the coming months.

Happy Holidays to All, and Thank you for your generous consideration.
